The following are some of the Roadtrek services, I offer:

Annual Inspection & Service: Check all RV systems & perform service/preventive maintenance: Air Conditioner, Awning, Furnace, Heating System, Refrigerator, Water Heater.  Specialize in Alde system.

Customer Technical Walk Through: Perform an educational walk through of all motorhome systems with owner from an operational & maintenance point of view.

Diagnostic & Repair: Diagnose and repair appliances, electrical, plumbing, propane and various system issues.  Also, cabinetry, latches, adjustments.

Electrical System: Check DC electrical system including charging system: chassis, generator & shore.  Specialize in ECO lithium system.

General Lubrication: Lubricate all necessary motorhome external body parts.

House Calls: Provide mobile service (specific counties only) to customer’s home or other location.

Inspection-House: Thorough inspection of condition of motorhome house systems and living area.

Parts: Identify, order and ship motorhome and appliance parts to specified location.

(Note: we are no longer in the parts business.)

Plumbing System: Check plumbing system operation and performance.

Technical Assistance via Phone/Email: Provide technical assistance/support, answer questions, provide direction in basic troubleshooting and advisement towards problem resolution.  This is a fee based service.

Upgrades/Replacements: We no longer provide upgrades, focus on service and repairs.
